Sorry to intrude, but I think if this helpse one person, it helps a lot. I don't know your story, so I can't tell if you have a reason for your suffering. Mine would def. be cptsd and one or two other ailments. For me it's connected to food.
Takes about 4 days to "activate" the depression and suicidal ideas after I eat anything plant based. Currently looking for a gastro-enterologist to get the biome checked out. Here is, what I have collected over the last few months - I've been reading and searching since 2018 now.
