you've got a couple options for streaming to a raspberry pi. the most direct solution is probably this, which i haven't used, but evidently can be controlled from the mobile app. there is also a plugin for kodi which i can confirm works reasonably well, and kodi can of course be controlled in a number of ways. there is also a chromecast receiver but frankly i have no idea how it works. finally, remotely controllable music playback is one thing that mpd (and by extension mopidy) is quite good at. there is a jellyfin mopidy plugin, which is probably worth trying (although idk how tight the integration is). however, you can always fall back to just mounting your music directory over the network and running mopidy/mpd on a directory of files. i really like mpd for things like this, and i actually think the UX is better than jellyfin's web client, however you obviously will need a separate mopidy/mpd app.
