Cursebreaker works well enough. Sure it is limited to Wowinterface and Github releases, but it supports some of the stuff that gets updated daily like raider.io or BigWigs. Mythic Dungeon Tools is one of the few big ones that's missing, but it no longer is a hard requirement like it used to be back in Shadowlands.
Run those same logs through WoWAnalyzer.
pfUI - My preferred UI overhaul addon.
LS:Glass is pretty much lighweight and yes its on curse, for HD icons there are lots but I use this (its a github link), which I found also here in this sub
I seem to have found a fix on Github (thanks to several people, summarised by Yllelder):

Section ordering needs to be user-configurable (this one is pretty far along, but needs more work)
