I never had much luck with ClickOnce, so I was using Squirrel.Windows. I've recently switched to the Clowd.Squirrel fork, since I needed support for AzureSignTool in the build process.

In any case, have you studied https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Archinstall and https://github.com/archlinux/archinstall. While archinstall is new and has the expected bugs, I've not had your issues before. You might try an earlier ISO, like Oct 2023, though it's not clear if you're using an ISO or the archinstall installed package.

Let’s get started. I prefer to manage my Ruby installations on my development machine with chruby paired with ruby-install. Another outstanding set of tools is rbenv with ruby-build. I highly recommend installing Ruby with one of those two sets of tools. Follow the instructions on their project’s READMEs. For this article, I’ll be running Ruby (MRI) v3.3.0.

For debugging elements kinds to figure out a given object’s “elements kind”, get a debug build of v8 (either by building from source in debug mode or by grabbing a precompiled binary using jsvu), and run: out/x64.debug/d8 --allow-natives-syntax Note that “COW” stands for copy-on-write, which is yet another internal optimization. :))
