  11. cc-sdd

Turn approved specs into long-running autonomous implementation. A minimal, adaptable SDD harness with Agent Skills for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, and Antigravity.

Project mention: I Refused to Write Specs Until Claude Code Generated Wrong Code Three Times | dev.to | 2026-05-19

This isn't original to me. The 2026 wave of spec-driven tooling (OpenSpec, cc-sdd, amux, Kiro) is all built on the same observation. GitHub Copilot Workspace doesn't even let you skip the step: it generates an editable "proposed specification" before it touches code, because the team that built it figured out that the spec is the only artifact in the workflow that the human can actually review.

  12. CopilotChat.nvim

Chat with GitHub Copilot in Neovim

  13. ruler

Ruler — apply the same rules to all coding agents

Project mention: LNAI – Define AI coding tool configs once, sync to Claude, Cursor, Codex, etc. | news.ycombinator.com | 2026-02-03

Is this substantially different than https://github.com/intellectronica/ruler? Or how would you differentiate?

  14. flexpilot-ide

Flexpilot IDE - Open-Source AI Native IDE

  15. spec-kitty

Spec-Driven Development with organizational governance. Specs tell AI agents what to build; Charter governs how they build it. Git-native missions, enforceable workflows, and consistent engineering standards across AI coding agents and harnesses.

  17. copilot-cmp

Lua plugin to turn github copilot into a cmp source

  18. ccmanager

Coding Agent Session Manager for Claude Code / Gemini CLI / Codex CLI / Cursor Agent / Copilot CLI / Cline CLI / OpenCode / Kimi CLI

Project mention: I built a native macOS terminal so I'd stop losing track of my AI agents | dev.to | 2026-07-07

Tools for dispatching agents per worktree already exist. ccmanager is well made, and I used it for a while. What didn't fit me was that you can't run more than one session in a single worktree. I often want an agent and a plain shell, or two agents, side by side on the same branch. Nothing wrong with ccmanager; it just didn't match how I work.

  19. Chisle

Cut your AI coding agent's token bill on three axes: terse prose, YAGNI-first code, and tool-output compression. Claude Code, Pi, Cursor, Codex, Gemini + 4 more. Zero deps, published benchmarks including the runs it loses.

Project mention: Caveman vs Ponytail vs Chisle: I benchmarked the Claude Code token-saving plugins on 20 tasks | dev.to | 2026-10-06

In the July re-verification run, every answer from every arm was graded correct. None of these tools buys its savings with wrong answers. Every number comes from committed raw transcripts in the Chisle repo.

  20. are-copilots-local-yet

Are Copilots Local Yet? The frontier of local LLM Copilots for code completion, project generation, shell assistance, and more. Find tools shaping tomorrow's developer experience, today!

  21. agent-skills

Official Qt AI engineering skills for Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Gemini, and other AI coding tools (by TheQtCompanyRnD)

Project mention: Agent Skill for TDD | news.ycombinator.com | 2026-06-05

I disagree. Not all skills are useless. For example, I sometime use Qt for GUI projects and I have found their skills [0] very useful to improve the quality and performance of my projects. I their absence, I would each time have to direct the agents to find the docs or specific tools, wasting tokens and thus decreasing the quality of the output.

An open-source project called Community Access released 57 accessibility agents for Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Desktop. They enforce WCAG 2.2 AA by intercepting every prompt and delegating to specialist reviewers.
