Composer plugin for Symfony (by symfony)

Project mention: Cook: an alternative to Symfony Flex to execute package-embedded recipes for any PHP project | /r/PHP | 2023-02-14

It works by fetching a separate repository containing the recipe, either hosted by Symfony in symfony/recipes and symfony/recipes-contrib, or self-hosted with some extra steps required. It's good and it works. But it could be better: embedded in repositories. Unfortunately the Symfony team doesn't plan on adding this feature. It's been rejected here, here and here.

Turn Flex patches into Theos projects

Project mention: I have a FLEX plist patch and an IPA. Can someone help me merge them for sideloading? | /r/sideloaded | 2022-12-28

As far as i know, you'll need to convert that FLEX patch into a regular jailbreak tweak (using something like https://github.com/ipadkid358/FlexToTheos. I'm not sure if there's a better alternative out, this is what I used in the past). Once that's done you'll use something like Azule (https://github.com/Al4ise/Azule) to inject that tweak into a decrypted ipa.

Implementation of Flex's transpiler using the NLU model trained using Rasa NLU

Project mention: Show HN: Flex – transpile natural language to a programming language | news.ycombinator.com | 2022-11-10

At the moment it can recognise the type of statements in the training data set [1] and transpile them to Python, Java or C++ using the mappings defined here [2].

This is very different from how Codex/Autopilot work as it is trained using an NLU framework [3] which is usually used for training chatbots.

modemu2k is a fork of modemu, a telnet client with a modem-like user interface

    Project mention: modemu2k, a revived fork of modemu | /r/bbs | 2023-01-02

Anyone remember modemu and believe it still might be useful in some cases? I'm not the original developer, but I revived it a few years ago (made it ipv6 capable for one example). It's new name is modemu2k and any feedback would be appreciated. I'm not too enthused about working on it at the moment since there are already so many programs that can do telnet + ssh, etc, but of course the unique aspect of modemu2k is that it can work with comm programs that don't otherwise have telnet capability, such as minicom. What do you think? Should I retire the project or keep it open, available for contributions and future improvements and bug fixes?
