A tool for converting dictionary files aka glossaries. Mainly to help use our offline glossaries in any Open Source dictionary we like on any modern operating system / device.
I think your best bet would be to find an English-Russian dictionary in another format and convert it yourself. The conversion program I know of is Pyglossary. It can convert from many formats.

Having access to mlib that came with the firmware did help a lot, but still... Then also having to run everything through the flipper, 'screening' to it to get logs, etc. was just that extra little bit of pain.
