Hi! I made an addon that basically tracks the amount of time it has been since you have been in a rested area, then gives you a "workout" based on how long it has been. It also takes in your height, weight, and sex and creates a calorie goal to burn in an hour. It uses this logic to give you x amount of: - Pushups - Situps - Plank (in seconds) - Pistol Squats - Pullups (only thing that requires any extra tools)
