I was setting up microservices based on Netflix Eureka and experimenting on top of spring-cloud and after weeks of research and development the question rose!
Spring Cloud Gateway MVC 2023.0.0 doesn't allow you to configure a TokenRelay filter in YAML, so I added a RouterFunction bean to add it.
Check https://github.com/ThomasVitale/awesome-spring for a bunch of resources and projects. Start building projects and then search for the topic you are interested in, in the sites that are listed in the Blog section. For validation and exceptions check the article wrote by Reflectoring, it was very detailed and easy to understand. For JPA articles and blogs didn't really help me, so I recommend the book "Java Persistence with Hibernate".
And some of the key things to know is that it is compatible with Spring Boot 3.0 and enables developers to perform simple testing with localstack. Grab the full details over at the release notes
