These articles form a series focusing on RiotJS paired with BeerCSS, designed to guide you through creating components and mastering best practices for building production-ready applications. I assume you have a foundational understanding of Riot; however, feel free to refer to the documentation if needed: https://riot.js.org/documentation/
Run p10k configure and choose Lean style. Pure style is inferior in all respects. It exists to make https://github.com/sindresorhus/pure users feel at home.
Tailwind is great, but creating everything from scratch is annoying. A nice base of components which can be extended with tailwind would be great. There are a few tailwind frameworks like Flowbite, Daisy Ui, but I like Bulma, PicoCSS and Bootstrap.
Project mention: Possible frameworks/languages for a web/mobile application | /r/webdev | 2023-05-29In my experience Go has been relatively approachable for people that are good at PHP. It has a great standard library and a pretty solid ecosystem, though frameworks aren’t as popular in Go. There are some well regarded libraries for things like WebRTC via https://github.com/pion/webrtc WebSicket via https://github.com/nhooyr/websocket
I have a "github pages" website, which I made using this: https://github.com/sergiokopplin/indigo . There is a cool theme in the opening of https://noodlemagazine.com where when your mouse moves around the webpage, it interacts nicely and even when clicking, the nodes are generated from where you clicked. I'd really like to add this to my page. Can anyone suggest a solution?
Project mention: Can someone help me understand "documentation generators" and the purpose of Sphinx? | /r/technicalwriting | 2023-06-10Sphinx has more and in my opinion better themes (especially the popular Furo them). I also think it's better for handling large and complex sites. It's way more extensible. That there are far more Sphinx users means that you're more likely to have community support if/when you run into issues.
I recently found the Voice Audiobook Player for Android on the google play store[1][2]. Point it to a folder and it looks in there for audiobooks, one per subfolder, and keeps track of which ones you've read and where you are in each one.
No signup, no ads (albeit maybe analytics and crash telemetry), GPL3 code, fairly minimal and keeps audiobooks away from messing up music playlists or from podcast app complexity. Haven't used it enough to give a full review, but it seems exactly what I wanted and good for Libribox book downloads.

Agreed, find a class-less framework to start, so that you focus on just the HTML, semantic structure first. Here's a couple of lists of such frameworks:

Personally, I like simple.css (https://github.com/kevquirk/simple.css)
