Cookies are stored on your computer, so no website can force you to accept them - most browsers have an option to disable cookies. But bear in mind that while l blocking cookies entirely may break some functionality ... for example, you generally won't be able to log in with cookies disabled, because the cookie is used to store your session token. You might want to download an addon such as privacy badger instead.

The nsfw-filter extension is able to block most nsfw porn images and seems to block a small proprtion of hentai images (~20% when I tested it on some hentai websites front page). It's not perfect but might help you. I think hentai is just more of a niche area for porn blocking.

You could also try uBlacklist (unaffiliated with uBlock Origin, afaik), which works in much the same way: click to filter undesirable websites from search engine results. Works for most popular search engines, despite the readme only mentioning Google.

Thanks, but I used some help: https://github.com/dessant/search-by-image There are (at least) two versions of the photos, because on one our President https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Árpád_Göncz talks to someone but not on the other one. BTW he translated the Lord of the Rings to Hungarian, so there is at least one useful human in the picture. :)
