It's indeed suspicious. You're sending your voice samples, your various services accounts, your location and more private data to some proprietary black box in some public cloud. Sorry, but this is a privacy nightmare. It should be open source and self-hosted like Mycroft (https://mycroft.ai) or Leon (https://getleon.ai) to be trustworthy.
Project mention: [Home Assistant] Essayer de copier une interface utilisateur Lovelace de GitHub | /r/enfrancais | 2023-05-14
We are making Gladys Assistant ( https://gladysassistant.com/ ), an open-source smart home software.
It's less "techy" than HA (no YAML files, no CLI), and UI first.
We have way less integrations for now, but are working hard on it.
Don't hesitate to try it and make us some feedback.
Project mention: Ask HN: How do I train a custom LLM/ChatGPT on my own documents in Dec 2023? | news.ycombinator.com | 2023-12-24I haven't personally tried this for anything serious yet, but to get the thread started:
Cheshire Cat [0] looks promising. It's a framework for building AI assistants by providing it with documents that it stores as "memories" that can be retrieved later. I'm not sure how well it works yet, but it has an active community on Discord and seems to be developing rapidly.
I just did this with our ancient system. I replaced the keypads with Ring Alarm Keypads v2 which connected to my Home Assistant server via Zwave and stay in sync with the Alarmo custom integration using this Blueprint. It all works great and was much easier than expected to switch over.
Deep Chat has just received a huge update! You can now host entire LLMs on the browser. No servers, no connections, run it all in the comfort of your browser. Supported models include popular LLaMA and Mistral LLMs.
Check out the Open Source project to add it to your website: https://github.com/OvidijusParsiunas/deep-chat
Try it out live in the Deep Chat playground:
So perhaps it's a good day to call for contributors to add more actions to https://github.com/Stypox/dicio-android ? If Google wants to remove features, they can be replaced by something that doesn't have that problem.
How are people using codellama and this in their workflows?
I found one option: https://github.com/xNul/code-llama-for-vscode
But I'm guessing there are others, and they might differ in how they provide context to the model.
