  according to the extractor, a valid URL does not have the country code in it. so, your URL should be https://www.deezer.com/playlist/8625651182, this makes youtube-dl recognize it, even though it redirects to the URL you gave with /us/ in it.

  it looks like it might be a bug. i found #25051 in the github issues. it has some comments mentioning manual ways to get around it ... not sure how viable they are.

  dl-plus was started when I realized that my pull request will probably never be merged because at that time (it was before the DMCA takedown) youtube-dl maintainers didn't accept new extractors for a long time, only (slowly) fixed the existing ones. In addition, youtube-dl doesn't support services that infringe copyright and therefore extractors for such sites won't be accepted.
