It's also not officially supported on LineageOS because it requires signature spoofing, so you'll need to mess around with using nanodroid every week when you update (which is far from bulletproof, it was broken on LOS 17.1 for the longest time) or following random guides on reddit.

MicroG is a bit of a pain to install. The easiest way imo is to use a package like NanoDroid, you can also build a settings/overlay/apps file to fine tune your install with this. I think I read a while back that some other package was regarded better, but I can't remember what that's called.
