Hosting other streamers? RTMP vs ?
If you have a white external IP with the ability to forward port 1935 or at least any other port, you can host a RTMP server yourself. If you only have Windows PCs, the easy way would be monaserver, or you could make a Linux VM and follow dodgepong's nginx-rtmp-module guide.
