Ah yeah that'll be the issue. You'll have to compile your own firmware for the board. Marlin has a sample config here: https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Configurations/tree/import-2.0.x/config/examples/Anet/A8plus but I'm not sure if the board has a bootloader for that.
  • Ender 5 BLtouch Firmware
So Marlin has preconfigured configs for the Ender 5 (you've got not the Pro or Plus right?) https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Configurations/tree/import-2.0.x/config/examples/Creality/Ender-5 . With the CrealityV427 for your board. So you should be able to compile it from there.

  • I recently bought an Ender 3 with a Creality 4.2.2 board. I wanted to upgrade the firmware, but on Github I cant find the right example-configurations for the latest version of Marlin 2.0.7.2. There are only those configuration files. Can I use the V427 or the V1 or what should I do? Thanks!

download https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Configurations/archive/bugfix-2.0.x.zip which is where you would have found the default config file for the ender 3 v2, but also has the LCD firmware inside the zip go to config -> example -> Creality -> Ender-3 V2

However if you are interested in learning how to compile it yourself, you can find the Configuration.h and Configuration_adv.h files in the top-level Marlin directory. If you need to grab sample config files, you can find them on the Marlin Github: https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Configurations/tree/release-2.0.7.2/config/examples -- you'll want to take the one for your printer to get things like the stepper driver current values, etc. correct.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eq_ygvHF29I is a solid tutorial on how to compile your own firmware. Marlin has a bunch of preset configurations for printers: https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Configurations/tree/import-2.0.x/config/examples but not for yours. It does look like an Anet A8 clone though, so I'd maybe start with that one.
