If you are still using the Universal Bypass extension, you should switch to it's maintained fork FastForward
After reading the skip redirect GitHub repo, and the fastforward faq page , I found out that skip redirect searches for final url in the url parameters, while fastforward uses crowd bypass so when a person with the addon got redirected after doing captcha and waiting 10 seconds other user don't need to wait and get redirected instantly

How to prevent redirects on addons.mozilla.org if possible ?
Skip Redirect, for example, takes care of those links going through outgoing.prod.mozaws.net.

If you have 2 sites configured to open in different Firefox containers, and you open a link to site2 from site1, is it sending referrer info to site2?
Well, if your concern is more about referrers through links and not headers, Skip Redirect https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/skip-redirect/ + uBO with https://raw.githubusercontent.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt/master/LegitimateURLShortener.txt list and AdGuard URL Tracking Protection list (or CleanUrls) can remove almost all the time the tracking content of this type of links.
