dash-to-panel
An icon taskbar for the Gnome Shell. This extension moves the dash into the gnome main panel so that the application launchers and system tray are combined into a single panel, similar to that found in KDE Plasma and Windows 7+. A separate dock is no longer needed for easy access to running and favorited applications.

Most eye-candy Distro + DE + Extensions/Accessories?
Neither a DE nor Distro, but these days I think the Wayfire Wayland compositor is the way to go for eyecandy.

Save the Mouse
There is wayfire. You can't call it a DE but it's probably the closest thing to what you're looking for.

Is it possible to rotate a single window by a custom amount? (Any other window effects?)
Wayfire is the closest up to date project, and lots of effects, but I'm not sure it has these ones in particular.

Wayland compositor recommendations
If you’re comfortable with i3, try Sway. If you want floating windows with some fancy 3D effects, try wayfire.

Awesome window manager/desktop environment list
Not really. There are surprising number of wms missing from there, especially wayland compositors, including the one I'm using river(wm). Very surprised not see wayfire or dwl either.

After updating to latest commit Firefox and foot fail to launch
Thanks, I have missed this when updating to wlroots-git. https://github.com/WayfireWM/wayfire/pull/1426 should fix the problem.

Again getting same problem.
Almost 2 months ago, I asked this which is same as I'm getting same issue whenever I use any application that demands GPU or high CPU usage. These days, it's getting annoying more than ever. I'm unable to use figma (ig it uses WebGL to do stuff) and last week I noticed same issue when I opened gihtub.com then later I found out that Github uses three.js in their website and it itself uses WebGL, that's what problem was. I never had this issue on Xorg. I even asked same question here. And I passed `i915.enable_psr=0` to kernel cmdline but that doesn't making difference these days. Moreover, I even tried every kernel version from v5.10 to latest 5.15, and all got same problem.

The new Desktop Cube Extension got a settings dialog!
I tried out this project called Wayfire a week ago that does this but its limited to its own shell so you can't use it on GNOME or other DEs unfortunately. But it's still cool!
