Help adding GO Packages to another user
I'm trying to install this package for a user that a minecraft server is running under:https://github.com/pwaller/waitsilence

Problem with go get on Linux
to install waitsilence, as seen on this github page: https://github.com/pwaller/waitsilence, while SSHed into my Ubuntu server. Apparently this should install waitsilence to $GOPATH. However, when I use it, it says the command isn't recognized, as if it wasn't intalled. What am I doing wrong? Is $GOPATH global? Is there a way to install globally? Does go get automatically compile the package?
