Which FPGA to buy?
This really is the best board I can find out there because its modern and supported by good company for it's board support files (pro-tip: get the board files from digilent and install them the way its described in the README. Doing this will allow you to select the board when creating a new project so you can develop for it easier. https://github.com/Digilent/vivado-boards)
