You can use moofer, just not the Offroad 37 km/h mode. You can also use mooovy.app to change the speed mode for free.2 projects | /r/vanmoofbicycle | 15 Jan 2023
You can use moofer to change to 32kmh with 1.8.2, vanmoof only removed assist level 5 and 37kmh with the update 1.8.1 from what i am aware, you can also just use a VPN or https://mooovy.app/
It is possible to change the maximum speed until 32 km in the S3 in the Netherlands?? If yes, how I can do it? Any suggestion highly appreciate it

If you want to change the max speed to 32 kmph you can either use the "Moofer" app (paid) or go to mooovy.app on your phone while using a browser like Bluefy which is free.2 projects | /r/vanmoofbicycle | 21 Jul 2022
You can buy Moofer for 10$ or use this for free: https://mooovy.app/ Other things to try that take a bit more time are: pymoof (search on GitHub) and vanbike-lib (as well on Github). I personally would use mooovy.app
