How to configure Touchpad and Touchscreen gestures?
After a little research I found that Touchégg was a good option. I even installed the desktop application to configure it. The thing is that I was really expecting to use my touchpad for the gestures, but for some reason Touchégg recognizes my Touchscreen only. Went to the touchegg.conf to see if there was an option to change this and didn't find anything.

[rice | Pantheon] one of these things is not like the others
You can also go for touchegg to get the gestures working and optionally the touche GUI if you want more granular configurations for gestures (I use it for back/forward navigation using three-finger left/right swipes).

Full multi touch support app on Dell laptop
I would suggest you to use touchegg. Just install Touchegg, and then install KDE Touchegg. Additionally, you can also install Touche (GUI for touchegg configuration) . Just keep in mind, gestures won't be 1-to-1 with your finger movements. But, they work perfectly fine other than that.

Just updated to F34: no touchpad gestures?
Also, you can install Touche to add more gestures, like 3 or 4 fingures pinch in to minimize a window. They work really well.
- Is there a way to make the four finger swipe gesture (change workspaces) work as natural scroll (moving the content instead of specifying direction)?
