    Since this is an upstream module that you're calling, unfortunately your immediate options are a bit more limited. One path could be to run the darwin_amd64 build of Terraform under Rosetta emulation, which would then try to install the darwin_amd64 versions of plugins, though I can't promise how well that will work, since that depends on how accurate Rosetta's emulation is.
