What kind of tech stack would I use to make a game like this?
I used Tom Weilands tcp/udp code as a base to build client/server networking. https://github.com/tom-weiland/tcp-udp-networking Note: It looks like he has moved on to making a different library called riptide, so do some research here before you start using the old code I linked.
