  You cannot jailbreak iOS 5.1 on iPhone 4s. The only way to dump blobs without jailbreak is by entering pwndfu with Arduino, downloading Odysseus and then running ./irecovery -f pwnediBSS and following this tutorial from step 5.

  You might be able to dump blobs using Odysseus if you can get it into pwnedDFU mode with an Arduino and checkm8-a5.

• [Discussion] Can anyone solve this issue? I’m trying to pwndfu a 4s without an arduino and I’m using axi0mX’s ipwndfu tool. And it said the 4s is supported.

  Downloaded checkm8-a5 from synackuk (https://github.com/synackuk/checkm8-a5) and did the USB host shield patch as described on the Readme page of his repo. I opened the checkm8-a5.ino file in Arduino IDE and changed the define in the beginning to:
