  • [D] Is it normal not to release the dataset for a CVPR 2021 paper which puts the dataset as one of its main contributions and claims that it has released it?

Hi! I work on video processing and was very impressed by the following CVPR 2021 paper: https://openaccess.thecvf.com/content/CVPR2021/html/Yu_Real-Time_Selfie_Video_Stabilization_CVPR_2021_paper.html by University of California and Qualcomm. They collected a large dataset of 1005 selfie videos and claim right in the abstract that it's available at https://github.com/jiy173/selfievideostabilization. However, if you check the repo, there is no dataset there and I couldn't find it online either. I checked the date and found that CVPR 2021 was 4 months ago (in June 2021). The authors do not respond to requests (I didn't try to contact them, but the repo has an open github issue since August where someone is asking for the dataset). So, the question is: is it an accepted behavior? Don't conferences keep track of such things?
