    I use RipMe. Its a GUI program, at least on Windows, don't have a Mac which is what your asking for. Easy to use aswell. None of the sites you specific seem to be on the supported list but I'm not sure if its been updated as far as i know, Best id say is just to test it out.

    Usually the downloader you need depends on the website you want to download the images form. In general, here are some opensource ones which support a variety of websites: gallery-dl, ripme and various other ones on github. There for paid ones, there are Extreme Picture Finder and Bulk Image Downloader, which have easier to use GUIs and are properly maintained, but as said, they are paid.

    If your profiles are public then this program is good. I've used it for Insta and Twitter before. Haven't tried for Facebook though. [Link]
