  • **I'm pretty new at making edits** This series has been a major part of my childhood, a few days ago my friends and I were discussing about how fun playing the game was so I decided to make an edit for Alex. Can't believe it's been a decade since the first game came out. Hope y'all enjoy this!

Now to click the actual pic : There are many options : Plain old win+prntscrn ; gamebar on win10; rivatuner/afterburner or reshade. By Reshade, i mean the actual reshade and not a setup/preset on nexus. In this section, I prefer reshade, because in addition to helping me click, the default shaders that come with it can actually enhance the game a lot. Like the DOF here or the added bloom you see here. Just keep in mind that the witcher 3 uses a reversed depth buffer, so slot that into reshade settings and you are good to go. I also use reshade for Anti-Aliasing in TW3 cos the in game AA was not really to my taste.Hope this clears it up and sorry if i was too vague in the first post.
  • Re-bought the game on PC, just to take in-game screenshots. The game is absolutely beautiful and to think it released back in 2014 is unbelievable. Taken with the help of Hattiwatti's Cinematic Tools. Did some post-processing with Lightroom and Photoshop.

Go to the ReShade site, should be this one, after downloading you’ll want to run the setup file. Click the option to select a game, don’t click the regular Insurgency.exe file but click the other one, should be InsurgencyClient-Win64-Shipping. After you select which file to use, you’ll be brought to a screen asking you which rendering API does the game use, click Direct 3D 10/11/12. After you’ve selected Direct 3D 10/11/12, you’ll be brought to a screen asking you which effect packages you want to install, I suggest just clicking uncheck all and then clicking check all to get all the effects.

  • PC version or Xbox 360 to play DS 1,2 and 3? | 2021-07-09
Reshade: You can improve the graphics of the game (which are already impressive at 4k for such and old game!) with Reshade: I added a bunch of effects: AO, Bloom fakeHDR and some DOF and I found it really enhanced the mood and details. I can share my ReShade preset if it is of interest.

But you can use ReShade on the PC to make it look "better", that has to count for something!
