Hello, I know after the last time I tried posting here was a bit of a fiasco but this time it is actually something dumb. My friend, Corey Bruce, found a project called Donut. It is an open source reimplementation of The Simpsons Hit and Run. One of their admins banned him because he was having issues with Linux. Here is the link to that original issue. Today, my friend found out that he was banned from the GitHub because of his issue. I tried asking why on the Discord server and got no response except for a ban. Here is a link to an issue asking why he was banned (Archived). I'm not asking anybody to brigade against PlowTeam but I do ask to NOT support this kind of behavior. Just because someone decides to use Linux doesn't mean they are 2nd class citizens in an open source project.
One of the creators got mad again and removed it. Such childish behaviour.
That is correct. Fortunately, this was resolved: https://github.com/plowteam/donut/commit/80c06fc3d350e6b27d415349002560f0570d9839. Maybe as a result of the minority from here who didn't jump on the lynch-the-dev bandwagon.
