You can use any browser extension that allows user stylesheets, I prefer Stylus so that's what I use, it's available for firefox and chromium based browsers. If you want to try it, just click on the user style link below with the addon installed, and it should give you the option to install it and keep it updated. I suggest you make it with CSS so someone could use it with the Stylus extension (https://github.com/openstyles/stylus), since installing a whole extension for this seems a bit overkill, you could add other tweaks to it as well!

If this is a webpage you cannot (at least afaik) style the page via some userchrome or firefox related stuff but have to use something like Stylus. I dont know how to do that though
