  • I'm having some trouble understanding how crypto transactions work
    reddit.com/r/Monero | 2021-08-26
Your wallet sends the transaction to the daemon it is connected to, and that daemon in turn makes it known to other daemons it knows about, until all daemon see it and it enters the pool of transactions waiting to be mined. If you use a block explorer like https://xmrchain.net/ you see them listed under the heading Transaction Pool.
  • Monero not showing up in GUI wallet
[5] Now to verify that you're actually fully synced, compare the first number to the height displayed on a blockchain explorer like, for instance, XMRchain. You're fully synced if your height matches the height displayed on a block explorer.
  • XMR sent to the wrong address... HELP!
Although I am somewhat new to cryptocurrency wallets, Monero transactions, pgp key encryption and the like, I have never had a problem with conducting any business I have attempted using any of my wallets to pay for my transactions on any marketplace. One marketplace I frequent generates a unique address where you need to send your AMR for every transaction on the site and it has you use PGP decryption to identify (and validate) each of these new addresses. I have never had a problem using this method for paying my invoices on the site before this morning. Up until now, using the PGP keys to uncover the address has been very straightforward and I have found no problem at all with using Exodus to then send the funds to this address out of my Monero wallet. But this was Exodus. Recently, I migrated all of my XRP over to Kraken and have been using their services and wallets for my cryptocurrency wallets (synced on both my iMac and through iOS on my iPhone) without incident. At least, up until this morning. This morning, when I used the various PGP keys to decrypt the correct XMR wallets where I attempted to send upwards of $400 across two invoices, it let me withdraw the funds from Kraken, no problem. The only thing was that the address I used was incorrect! Although I am not entirely sure what happened to have me derive the incorrect keys, I am now just sitting here wondering if there is any recourse for me? Any way for me to reclaim my funds? At xmrchain.net it seems the funds are intact. I would just like any advice on trying to reclaim or restore them. Thanks!
  • I think Atomic is scamming people!!!!!! Urgent need of support!!!!!
Your XMR is safe on your blockchain address. You can check your balance on the block explorer.
  • Need help with using an old address
I guess the address I sent the funds to belongs to my main wallet because I've checked which outputs belong to a given Monero address with https://xmrchain.net/ and the transaction to the address that no longer appears in the GUI matches with the main address that DOES apper in the GUI.
  • Binance XMR withdrawal problems are back

  • XMR chain needs work on mobile view. This is confusing to try to decode outputs

for anyone wanting to chime in, looks like OP opened an issue there already: https://github.com/moneroexamples/onion-monero-blockchain-explorer/issues/237
  • monero latest transfer details
    reddit.com/r/Monero | 2021-06-19
If you can't check the address anymore, I think it's not possible to be sure you sent it correctly. Whether it reached that wallet you can't check in a strict sense, but you can try to look up the transaction id with a block explorer like https://xmrchain.net/ : If it's in the blockchain, you sent it successfully - to whatever address. If it is in the blockchain, and you did use the correct address, that would mean the problem almost certainly lies elsewhere, i.e. is some problem at the receiving wallet.
  • Monero and Ledger X
Monero was sent to Ledger XMR address (fully confirmed). daemon log status shows same block height as latest on xmrchain.net yet funds still don't appear in my wallet on GUI or on Ledger
  • Changed from Atomic wallet to Monero Wallet GUI (GetMonero) - need help
Funny you mentioned this, I did this on https://xmrchain.net/ (and just now on the https://www.exploremonero.com ) and it says deposit receipt has been received and has the exact amount so that is a good sign the XMR coin is there!

If they put your address into the block explorer, it'll tell them:
  • New ATH in Monero mempool transactions (~4,000TXs)!
    reddit.com/r/Monero | 2021-05-21
Are you high? Where the heck do you see empty blocks stuffing the network? Care to give an approximate blockheight where I can see many empty blocks because I became tired scrolling through 300 kb block after 300 kb block on https://xmrchain.net/
  • Network seems to be flooding with empty blocks right now
    reddit.com/r/Monero | 2021-05-21
    I don't see any empty blocks: https://xmrchain.net/
  • Tracking Suspicious Monero Transactions (Twitter Bot)
    reddit.com/r/Monero | 2021-05-16
I have no idea, but they have source code here: https://github.com/moneroexamples/onion-monero-blockchain-explorer
  • Missing XMR
I have checked the transaction on xmrchain.net and I am able to see that the transfer should have gone through.
