no more exclusive enchants data pack
There is one that does it for Riptide and Channeling/Loyalty. It also slightly alters the way Riptide works, by having it do nothing when outside of rain rather than having it disable the trident (currently has a bug where water doesn't make Riptide work). I don't think this approach would work for other enchantments, as it's much harder to detect when they're supposed to apply and to pseudo them otherwise, or there's simply no situations where they're not supposed to apply.
