Mapwatch tracks all Harvest encounters where Oshabi speaks. This works well for most of the game's NPC encounters - unfortunately, Oshabi is often quiet, at random. Mapwatch can't detect harvests where Oshabi happens to be quiet (nor can any other client.txt-based tool).
You're exactly right - Mapwatch can't accurately track harvests because Oshabi is usually(?) silent. I agree that a disclaimer's necessary, since this can't be fixed properly. Will be added shortly.
