Timeshift is one example of a management utility with a GUI that allows you to do that. It comes preinstalled with Manjaro GNOME, at least when installed with btrfs, and saved me many times over the years.

Best way to βcloneβ or backup my entire Linux OS installation so that way if I break something I have the option to boot with usb and install it again with everything how it was? (Btw I use arch)
