Actually, I just remembered ipatool. Available on windows too. You can use this to search for any ipa from the App Store. Can also be very handy when you need to grab a specific older version of an app.

[Discussion] Is jailbreak justified just to install apps that are not in my region?
Use the Apple Music app for Android to create a fresh Apple ID on a different region, and creating it in this way means you won't be forced to set up 2-Factor Authentication. Then, use ipatool to login with the alternate account and download whichever apps you want to .ipa file format. Finally, use Sideloadly configured as "Signing Mode" -> "Normal Install" under Advanced Options. The first time you run the app on your device, you'll have to input the Apple ID login for your alternate account, and then after that, the app will keep working on the device.
