How would one upload around 50k images and videos into iCloud Photos from a Linux machine?
I tried icloud-for-linux, and it works for small amounts of data, but it does not scale at all.

Linux & iPhone: 2022 Situation - Moving data between Linux and iPhone
There is an icloud-for-linux snap. This uses Qt libraries to pull down the iCloud web pages where you can interact with them much the same as in your browser. It has some weird limitations, like I run into some situations in which selecting multiple files or galleries/directories is not possible, but overall this is serviceable. What it provides over going to the iCloud URL in your browser I don't know, but it launches quickly.

Is there anyway to run Mac apps?
You can use Apple Music via Cider (which is is super-active development) and there are functioning Snaps of iCloud for Linux and Apple Music
