  • I'm totally a new in Linux World. I had done some research and found out that you can do automated things like sending a message to your phone when your laptop battery is low, notification after ever specific period of time set and many others. And my question is that how can we do things like this?

DEX-UI. This terminal is completely fluff, but it looks awesome. I'd like to run it with wtfutil on a large TV for monitoring stuff, just because it looks cool.

If I could get it working how I want, I'd spend a lot more time in eDEX-UI. Once I can find more time I'll probably contribute to it as well.

Have a look at this project ongithub. It looks awesome, shows(mostly) real statistics and has a full powershell/linux cli built in. It is really cluttered tho, so I'd not suggest to use it for actual work.

Totally, I was partially inspired by eDex-UI but it didn't quite fit my use case. Visually it's stunning, but workflow wise it isn't the best. I'm trying to take a workflow that I would actually use and make it look nice.
