I made a full checklist containing every item from Lost Packs, Cargo Crates, and Matrix Cores since I couldn't find anything like this.
https://drg-completionist.com is a great tool for this but it hasn’t been updated for U35/Season 1. I see a GitHub issue for this but no progress since December - maybe we can reach out and help implement this.

Introducing DRG Completionist [Beta]: The first version of our free open-source web app that automatically tracks your overclocks progress, with more on the way!
We've had a lot of fun designing and coding this project over the past couple weeks, and while there's still more stuff to add, we're happy to have an initial version to give to the community. We've largely finished the overclocks portion, and we're hoping to add the remaining weapon frameworks, armor pieces, paint jobs, and pickaxe parts in the future. At the moment, we're still figuring out how to parse the save file so we can track the rest of your inventory just as easily as the overclocks. If you've got any feedback, spot any issues, want to contribute, or just want to see how everything works, we've got all the code open-sourced here on GitHub.
