    DOSBox Staging, DOSBox-X, and DOSBox-pixel-perfect all do such full X/Y pixel-perfect scaling and all of them basically share the same implementation by the same author Anton Shepelev a.k.a. ant_222. There is also a shader-based implementation (interpolation/pixel_perfect.glsl) for development versions of DOSBox itself.

    Both shaders are very slightly modified versions of shaders from Tyrell's repo - these were the two first ones that were good enough and tested enough for us to include them out-of-the box (we tested other ones as well, but we found bugs or problems).
