July - Show Us What You've Learned this Quarter
I have been playing a ton with my setup. The first go was a cheap box where I followed the guide from www.smarthomebeginner.com and that was a good starting place. After doing that I had an ok understanding of what was happening but I was not 100% pleased with my level of knowledge. Over the last few months I have worked on learning Docker/Docker-Compose and Traefik since this is the main basis of all the items I have set up. I cleaned up a ton of extra lines that weren't useful and have a much better handle on security.

This is one of the best methods to do it. If you don't need access outside the home, you can leave the traefik parts out.

Need help getting stuff started up with Plex, Sonarr, Nextcloud, dashboards, and reverse proxy managers
I'm currently stuck and don't know where to start. I know I want sonarr or whatever is downloading torrents to be behind my protonvpn, I know some of the services I want. When I look online for guides for different services, I find stuff that works for their setup, but i'll get halfway through their setup, only to find that it doesn't mesh well if I want to do something specific. What should I be doing, I know I didn't give a lot of info so I don't expect someone to just give me a copy/ paste of a docker-compose.yml file, but should I start with reading some specific guide, should I be trying a github like https://github.com/htpcBeginner/docker-traefik, is there a good breakdown of steps to use. I've tried chatting in the matrix chat for self-hosted, sometimes people are great there, sometimes I think there's just not the right people online, or I'm not describing myself well enough.

That's the one! Although, it will branch off to other articles, such as Google oauth setup and authelia, etc. Also, his github repo is a lot more up to date so I recommend referencing https://github.com/htpcBeginner/docker-traefik as well
