    I was having this issue and finally found a couple of posts that helped me! If you create the folder(s) listed in this comment, the issue went away for me. I did disable and re-enabled the option in the desktop app prior to enabling it on the browser extension. You'll see the file mentioned in this comment appear in the folder after enabling the option in the desktop app. I hope that helps!

    We’re aware - not sure if you’ve seen this issue (it technically should be in the /desktop repo) #1718 - but there is a combination of confusion due to the safari 14 requirement for v1.49, and this mysterious disappearance - we’re working diligently to solve the case(s)! 🕵️‍♂️
