Understandable for normal arbitrage on the stock market. But look at the graph in BlackBird the difference between the marketplaces is quite high (more than 10$) and this difference goes for about 6hours there is no need for low latency with 6hours of time. And the thing with BlackBird if I read correctly they don't even have to transfer Bitcoins between the Crypto Exchanges since they have a market neutral approach with buying short on one exchange and going long on the another at the same moment.
