  Hi, I think that is the PDF note-taking add-on https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1781298089? If that's the one, or you identify that add-on you have installed that generates this, you can disable it in tools->add-ons and restart Anki. Note this have nothing to do with Ankihub.

  But, for the actual studying, I use the addon that gives Anki a PDF reader. That way, I can put in my study material and create cards while on the same page in the same program. It tracks progress and does a whole lot more.
