Since Anki is open-source, why doesn't it have more developers working on it?
I disagree. Case study: A320NX project. Has a decent spread of commits among a couple devs. None of them are being paid anything.
Most open-source projects have quite a couple of relatively active developers, e.g. the A320NX project

FBW A32NX
As a quick work around, set the ADIRS to align instantly in the MCDU options menu. At least they align faster then. If this problem is persistent, please file an issue report on our github page.

Are there any A32NX versions that don’t suffer from FPS loss?
On the github page (https://github.com/flybywiresim/a32nx) you can browse back in the developpement history using the commit history and download the files at any point in time but now that I think of it, since they use the installer I'm not sure if you can still just drag and drop the files in the community folder. It's still worth a try though.
