  • Any way to get this working for a gamecube game?
I've done this exact thing! I don't think it's doable just in Dolphin, so it's a little janky. What I did was use this program "WiinUSoft" which essentially turns the Wiimote into an xinput device, so to the pc it just looks like an xbox controller.

So if you want to do this, here are the steps: First, download Wiinupro here, then unpack. Once you do that, you need to install the SCP Drivers, which should be in a folder. These allow Wiinupro to emulate an Xinput controller, or in other words an Xbox controller. Once you have them installed, look on the far right side of your taskbar. You should see a Bluetooth icon. Right click on that. Then click on 'Join Personal Area Network'. After that, click add device. Now, pull out your Wiimote and keep clicking the 1 and 2 buttons very fast, to keep it in pairing mode. Once you see 'Input Device' pop up, connect to that. The window might freeze, but that's ok. Once it unfreezes and asks you for a password, just click next. Keep clicking 1 & 2 tho. Then open Wiinupro, and you should see a Wiimote with the option to 'Connect'. Click that. And you're done! Double click any of the buttons to assign them, just remember, if you assign them to a controller, you will need to, on the main page, click 'Add' in the Xinput box which should be right below the Settings area. Make sure to leave Wiinupro open in the background though, so it stays working.
  • Using a Wiimote for SW3 The Clone Wars
I'd suggest using WiinUPro. There are tutorials for how to install it (follow the link for the download) and how to connect a remote, please read those before asking for further help. Basically, WiinUPro "tricks" your computer into treating the Wiimote as an Xinput (Xbox Controller-like) device so although the application (in this case SW3) thinks you have an Xbox controller in hand, you can comfortably map your Wiimote to the Xbox buttons. It won't show the Wiimote buttons, unfortunately.
