Major walletgenerator.net paper wallet issue.
This, unfortunately, is when I discovered that the walletgenerator has given me mismatched public and private keys. When I try to use the private key clearly printed on the paper to transfer funds out it says the balance is empty on some apps and on others it says the private key does not exist at all. If I take that private key and look it up on wallet details in walletgenerator.net I get a totally different public key.

Moving my bitcoins from a paper wallet
On december 2017 I moved my bitcoins to a wallet generated on walletgenerator.net. I downloaded the source code to a linux live usb and generated it offline. Today I got the news that this site got compromised but after that date. My bitcoins are still safe but I don't know if it is to be trusted anymore. What would be the best option for some peace of mind?

Dogecoin can reach $1 with significant dev infrastructure overhaul
Use WalletGenerator as a guideline, which supports Doge: https://github.com/walletgeneratornet/WalletGenerator.net

That’s why @doge is better
I dealt with that by depositing to paper wallets I generated using the Github version of Walletgenerator OFFLINE.

How do multiple receiving addresses work? (in MultiDoge)
But if that's so, one thing that still confuses me is with https://walletgenerator.net > Paper Wallet, you can create paper wallets with your private key. But if you reapply the same key you get different addresses. What's up with that?

DOGECOIN DAILY DISCUSSION - (Feb 16th)
Or you can take the easier, apparently most secure way like I did, and have walletgenerator.net run off a batch of wallets for you, and copy/paste them to a txt document. Back it up in one or two places, and print it out. I also ran one last random wallet, and hand-wrote it beneath the others on my printed page, in order to have one completely digital free paper wallet that I can move my "winnings" into if we all win the lotto
walletgenerator.net will give you a whole batch of however many wallets you want in a few seconds. Just make sure to select the right crypto before running the batch, and you may need to run the first wallet it loads in order to get to the page where you can select crypto and batch.

I want to somehow give physical dogecoin as a gift to someone special to me but I need help on how I can execute this.
Also as the original comment said, it's safest to download the site .zip and generate the wallet offline for security.
