I just wanted to turn off my laptop...
I wouldn't trust this rootkit, and I would definetly not install it on my own computer. I recommend reinstalling Windows since god knows what else could they add to this spyware (preventing you from shutting down your computer and breaking your C: drive isn't how a normal browser should behave), and trying to install this malware in VirtualBox hidden with some scripts like VBoxCloak or similar. The performance of the VM won't be excellent, but it's still better than running malicious software on your computer. If every way to hide the VM fails, I recommend at the very least buying a second drive specifically for CockDown Browser (it is hard to do with a laptop, but if this was a PC you would unplug your main driver from the computer, and plug only the infected drive if you want to boot into the ExclusionZoneOS), or better yet, buying a extra PC, isolated from your main network for extra security.

is there any way to make a virtual box undetectable?
You can try this https://github.com/d4rksystem/VBoxCloak but make sure you make a snapshot of your VM before using it.
