Coming off of the work on Fluent, I've was reviewing my work beefing up extended tag information in Intl::LanguageTag, as it will be fundamental to perfecting the various formatting modules down the road. Figured I'd add some support for the extended tags into Intl::UserLanguage and so far today I ended up redoing it to better modularize the ccode and — to me, at least, the very cool part — now the Mac version m will try to use NativeCall first before falling back to calling shell commands. It's been years since I wrote Obj-C code but it came back to me pretty quickly. Even better: GateKeeper doesn't complain about the supplied dylib!
