    If I'm using an NVidia driver, I use a little program called Tiny Nvidia Update Checker which downloads & installs the barebones versions of the Nvidia drivers. (7zip helps here)

    Also, I recommend the Nvidia Tiny Update checker instead of the full Geforce Experience. It is the driver only, so you can't do overlays but those cut my frame rates.
