Any reason to use the 1600 mW laser over the 10W?
I tried the 10w with the inline power branch on GitHub, and it just set everything on fire. We found that the power curves are all messed up, and some safety protocols that SM added for the 10w do stupid dangerous things (see GitHub issue where the laser was sticking on because of the new "safety" code).

A150 not behaving
If that doesn't work, you might just be too high on the leveling, try using G1029 D to make micro adjustments to your leveling grid, and slowly get closer until it sticks.

Visual Studio Code and Marlin Question
The context is I am trying to use a different thermistor/hotend on my Snapmaker 2.0 3D printer, and I am unable to build a firmware.bin file that actually works on my printer. Instructions to do this are provided on Snapmaker's GitHub here: https://github.com/Snapmaker/Snapmaker2-Controller . I have been trying to follow these instructions to a "T", but I keep running into an issue where the packed firmware bricks my machine, and the controller is unusable until I re-upload a firmware that I know works.

Update Firmware 1.14.2 borked my controller, anyone else have better luck?
Partial FIX! Found this thread, https://github.com/Snapmaker/Snapmaker2-Controller/issues/218 So I put the firmware old on the usb stick, and ran the v1.13.2 bin file. The older firmware works just fine and issue is not present. Ran the newest firmware and it still results in inoperable Snapmaker. Keeping on v1.13.2 for the time being.

anyone aware of better 3d print head in future
It's not a guarantee of course, but their software team is still actively working on it according to their GitHub: https://github.com/Snapmaker/Snapmaker2-Controller/tree/dual-extruder-dev
